Full Job Description
Your New Role Partner with WBA Production Management and other Service Depts. to Process Accounts Payable and Freelance invoices for Series, Long form and Shorts in all phases of Development & Production. Your Role Accountabilities • Responsible for multiple series and long form productions. Review Contracts, Smartsheets, Schedules, Talent Agreements, SOW's, Purchase Orders, Inter-Company transactions. • Process Local 839 homework payments for Artists. Partner with Production Management or Contract Admin to submit all necessary documents to WFA/Global Payroll. Submit tickets to Service desk to resolve outstanding issues. • Review Overseas animation vendor contracts. Review vendor portal for smooth payment processing. Process milestone invoices according to SOW. Research and resolve outstanding payment issues. • Process all invoices for Post Production and Music payments. Review Purchase Orders and Contracts / SOW. Resolve mismatches and payment issues. • Update and maintain payment trackers and outstanding commitments. • Perform other job related duties as assigned. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $74,900.00 - $139,100.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
