Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Sr Product Support Analyst. As a Sr Product Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing operational and technical solutions aimed at improving product quality, safety, and product support efficiencies. This position acts as a liaison between Sunbelt Rentals Field Operations and the Support Office and/or Preferred Vendors in order to facilitate a timely resolution to service operation issues.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.
• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plans and Modeling tools for individual profit centers, geographical areas and market segments.
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Implement and work with available Business Intelligence Tools (i.e. Accelerate and Zilliant) and Dashboard reports.
• Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive operational efficiencies and understand ROI and marketing programs, pricing, new store rollouts as well as other new projects.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support the Divisions strategic initiatives.
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
• Support Senior Management Team, Field Management and Corporate departments with in-depth financial analysis.
• Participate in financial due diligence and analysis of acquisition opportunities.
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range: $74,501.00 - 102,438.60
