Job Duties
As our Product Support Manager, Elevator you will work within the KONE Spares organization to fulfill the role of Product Support Manager for assigned products. This involves coordination with the local AME and Global Spares, Supply Line, Quality, Sourcing, Engineering, Documentation and new product development teams, in which the specified products will be managed with respect to product availability, quality and cost.

You will bring 5+ years of progressive and successful experience in managing product support activities, preferably within the Elevator industry to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through a 4-year technical degree, preferably in engineering or 6+ years work experience in Elevator Industry.

Other Listed Duties
  • Manage technical support cases related to parts identification, application engineering, and spare parts inquiries through the help desk process.
  • Support new product introductions, material documentation, inventory requirements, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ability to analyze usage, availability, and product data to support material decisions and lifecycle management.

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role is $132,100 - $173,355. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
