Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience; or a master's with 8+ years; or PhD/JD with 5+ years, with experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency in Adobe FrameMaker for documentation purposes.
• Proven experience delivering multiple modernization projects simultaneously.
• Ability to effectively communicate customer requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Understanding of mission-critical data network operations and sustainment.
• Active Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain user guides and Technical Orders in accordance with MIL-STD and MIL-PRF.
• Update technical data for Technical Orders, Work Unit Codes, and engineering drawings.
• Generate and manage technical data using Windchill and relevant data management systems.
• Translate complex engineering information into simple instructions for operational users.
• Facilitate peer reviews and validation events with stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy.
