About the Team: The PGC (Professionally Generated Content) team at TikTok is dedicated to driving the growth and evolution of a professional, high-quality content ecosystem. We focus on key verticals such as TV & Film, Sports, and Informative Content, empowering publishers, rights holders, media organizations, and individual creators to produce outstanding content, engage audiences effectively, and achieve sustainable business success. In addition to ecosystem development, we invest in product infrastructure and distribution strategies to deliver a seamless, secure, and high-performing user experience across diverse global markets. Our work spans user consumption, content supply operations, business strategy, traffic distribution, and overall ecosystem health -- all aimed at enhancing efficiency and the end-to-end TikTok content experience. - Responsible for high-quality informative content creators' growth strategy in the US market, to bring more creativity and value to TikTok. - Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities through analysis of content trends, landscape, and ecosystem dynamics in the informative content space. - Partner deeply with publishers, media partners, and educational creators to understand their needs and work with Product Management to translate insights into product requirements. - Collaborate with Regional Partnerships, Content Operations, Product Management, and Data Science teams to implement strategies that improve product efficiency and user experience for timely, fact-based content. - Act as strategic bridge between Product Management and various business teams, converting complex requirements into clear proposals for product investments to cultivate the informative content ecosystem.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor's degree or higher, at lease 3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy at high-growth technology companies. - Proficiency in English as the primary working language, with excellent understanding, communication and persuasion, organizational coordination, and execution skills. Results-driven with proven ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision. - Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, capable of understanding complex business scenarios and demands, defining problems, and breaking down solutions. Proficiency in quantitative modeling and business case development. Preferred Qualification(s) - Proficiency in SQL is a plus. - Experience in two-sided marketplaces, platform businesses, or product strategy roles. - Familiarity with creator economics, digital publishing models, or content partnership structures, particularly in the context of the Informative content media landscape. - MBA or advanced degree preferred.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $198360 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
