We are seeking an experienced Product Strategy Director– Provider Datato lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers. This role is responsible fordefining and executing product strategy, overseeing the product lifecycle, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences, improve operational efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes.

The Director partners closely with engineering, operations, data, design, and business stakeholders to align product investments with enterpriseobjectives. This leader continuously evolves the product portfolio byleveragingemerging technologies, including AI, large language models (LLMs), automation, and modern product development practices. The role balances innovation with scalability, risk, and governance while translating strategic vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers across multiple products or product lines.

  • Foster a culture of customer focus, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Establish clear goals, performance expectations, and development plans.

  • Promote excellence in product discovery, delivery, and outcomes-based decision making.

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and communicate theproductvision and strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Develop and manage product roadmaps that balance customer value, operational efficiency, and business impact.

  • Identifyopportunities to leveragedata, technology, AI, automation, and emerging product development approaches.

  • Evaluatenew technologiesand trends to inform long-term product strategy and portfolio evolution.

  • Ensure responsible adoption of innovative technologies whilemaintaininggovernance and scalability.

Product Development & Delivery

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through launch and optimization.

  • Guide teams in applying modern product management and agile development practices.

  • Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver secure, scalable, and well-governed solutions.

  • Encourage experimentation whilemaintainingappropriate controls and oversight.

Stakeholder Engagement

Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, as needed.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 161,900 - 269,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
