Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
  • Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure or SaaS commercial programs and business models.
  • Exposure to statistical analysis, driver analysis, and incrementality calculations.
  • Ability to form excellent working relationships across business, operational, and technical functions.
  • Comfort with sprints to rapidly answer executive asks.

Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. As a Lead for market insights, you are responsible for building a robust and scalable platform where we monitor and collect critical signals of market intelligence and participant behavior. You will use this process to track and identify trends that help us understand what customers want and what our participants are doing in the market, allowing us to stay one step ahead. You will assist with the steady stream of inbound executive requests for information and insights, while allowing us to proactively identify patterns and bring these to leaders across the Cloud business.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and solve organizational problems by defining, leading, and establishing effective operating programs, processes, and tools to achieve key business goals.
  • Influence cross-functional teams and executive management to drive complex, strategic programs and market intelligence initiatives to successful completion.
  • Develop AI-driven agents and processes to monitor, collect, and analyze participant and market intelligence data in near-real time at scale.
  • Build and scale a robust data repository to proactively track market shifts, participant focus areas, and rapidly answer high-priority executive inquiries.
  • Create and deliver high-impact presentations and visual displays of quantitative insights to communicate market trends and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
