  • Establish Key Performance Indicators and timelines for each project, regular metrics reporting, that tie back to strategic goals, and post-implementation impact analysis.
  • Drive end-to-end operational aptitude to ensure flawless execution of the highest-priority goals.
  • Support annual planning activities for the Edu portfolio.
  • Contribute on strategic projects that are operationally intensive and cross-functional to ensure there is structure and timely delivery of project goals.
