What You'll Do Primary Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales plan with clear goals and performance targets to drive sustained growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HCPs, KOLs, and decision-makers across hospitals, transplant centers, and specialty clinics.
Engage in clinically focused discussions with HCPs to communicate complex scientific and product information clearly and effectively.
Influence treatment protocols and product adoption within transplant and infectious disease markets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, account analysis, and market insights.
Manage key accounts, including executives, clinical leaders, and pharmacy stakeholders, to support product access and utilization.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to share insights and support strategic initiatives.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of activities in CRM systems.
