What You'll Do- Assist customers throughout the vehicle buying process
- Build relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
- Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads
- Maintain product knowledge and achieve sales goals
What You'll Bring- 1 year of previous automotive sales experience.
- Prior Internet sales experience is desired
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Enjoy working with people and making every customer interaction a positive one.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total RewardsThe Annual Estimated Pay Range for this position is $50,600 - $137,00.
This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission off Individual Payable Gross, and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
