The Team You'll Join As the Product Solutions Engineering Lead, you will join Envestnet's Product Solutions Engineering organization. This team serves as a critical link between clients, product management, and engineering, helping advisors and asset managers maximize the value of Envestnet's solutions while influencing the evolution of our platform. Team members combine deep product expertise with strong client consultation skills to solve complex business and technical challenges, drive feature adoption, support strategic initiatives, and provide valuable feedback that shapes future product enhancements. Working alongside a talented group of Product Solutions Engineers, Product Training professionals, and Product Operations partners, you will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional client experiences, advancing platform capabilities, and supporting the continued growth of Envestnet's WealthTech.
How You'll Contribute Serves as a primary point of contact for asset managers or clients, ensuring timely, accurate and professional answers and resolution of technical questions related to the company's technology platforms and investment solutions. Responds to clients, diagnosing and troubleshooting application data and integration problems. Works with a variety of other departments such as product, engineering and operations to tackle defects, escalate complex issues, track resolutions and develop long-term fixes. Help with onboarding new asset managers or clients, implementing system upgrades and educating users on best practices to optimize platform value.
- Provides and advises on the full range of technical support to an assigned base of large/complex customers.
- Provides technical support and advice across the company as required to address and resolve significant, complex and business critical issues.
- Works with asset managers/clients to perform implementation reviews and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical or procedural challenges.
- Provides technical feedback on equipment, systems and processes to improve overall service delivery.
- Uses advanced tools and technical knowledge to remediate customer problems and conduct scheduled installs.
- Monitors Technical Client Service Support metrics to identify trends, progress and best practices.
- Regularly trains, coaches and mentors team members.
- Supports strategic client initiatives, complex onboardings and high-risk changes or releases.
- Provides support for new feature rollouts, collects user feedback and facilitates go-to-market planning in close coordination with Program management, product management partners and client service teams
- Leverage client-level experience to build engagements for product roadmap and coordinate with sales teams to identify opportunities for future adoption based on usage patterns and metrics
- Manages internal & external platform enhancement requests and prioritizes for intake with product management where appropriate
What You'll Need to Bring - Candidates should demonstrate the relevant experience, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully perform in the role. Relevant experience may be gained through current responsibilities, prior roles, project work, leadership opportunities, or other comparable experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related field
- Formal background in wealth management, with hands-on experience supporting enterprise wealth platforms across the full product development lifecycle (discovery, roadmap, definition, implementation, enablement, post-launch)
- Ability to translate advisor and firm needs into scalable product outcomes across a complex, multi-product ecosystem
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and understanding of the development life cycle
- Very strong written communication, verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent people and time management skills to interact with clients, colleagues and cross-functional teams, both internal and external
Nice-to-Haves - Extensive Envestnet platform background with the ability to demonstrate deep platform-specific knowledge
- 6+ years of experience in a financial services atmosphere, specifically the registered advisory, brokerage, financial services or financial technology industry

Our Investment in You This role offers a base salary range of $94,600 to $118,300. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
