Within the role, you will own and build core product features across the stack to improve the platform experience, drive user engagement, and support key growth initiatives. You'll help shape a seamless, intuitive user interface while contributing to experiments, analytics, and automation that optimize how educators use and discover the product.
This role would suit a hands-on product-focused engineer with a background in building customer-facing tools from early stage to scale, and who is looking for an opportunity to shape a product with strong PMF while collaborating closely with design, growth, and the founding team.
The Role- Build and ship full-stack product features using React, Next.js, Typescript, Tailwind, Python, Django, PostgreSQL, AWS
- Lead product experiments-referrals, onboarding, conversion funnels, and UX improvements
- Collaborate with design, growth, and research to deliver a seamless experience for educators
- Work across the business: A/B testing, analytics, customer interviews, BI, marketing automation, even scoping new research ideas
- Hybrid in Brooklyn, NYC
The Person- 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience with end-to-end product ownership
- Skilled in user research, usability testing, and product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA)
- Excited by the pace and impact of early-stage startups
- Proficiency in Python, Javascript/Typescript, React, Next.js, Tailwind
