Product Sales Executive

About your role:

At Fiserv, a successful Sales Executive II in Enterprise & Merchant Cash Solutions, is a strategic, results-driven sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth across enterprise and merchant client segments. This individual is responsible for generating leads, securing new clients, and expanding Fiserv's market share within the industry for the Stone Castle business on the depositor side. The role requires a strategic mindset to build strong relationships, develop selling strategies, and close deals efficiently.

What you’ll do:

  • This role focuses on expanding Fiserv’s market presence by delivering consultative cash management, liquidity, and deposit solutions to corporate finance and treasury leaders nationwide.

  • A successful Sales Executive II builds trusted relationships, develops tailored sales strategies, and closes complex deals that embed Fiserv more deeply into clients’ financial operations.

  • Generate leads and drive profitable revenue within the assigned territory or accounts.

  • Develop strategies, tactics, and account plans to identify, qualify, and secure new clients.

  • Manage the rapid movement of leads through the sales process, ensuring expeditious closing of business.

  • Leverage executive-level contacts to enhance account coverage and create demand.

  • Develop long-term client relationships based on mutual value and trust, leading to repeat business.

  • Secure funding for customer initiatives by linking Fiserv solutions to client business issues.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasting in the eCRM system.

  • Share industry, solution, deal, and sales best practices with the sales community.

Experience you’ll need to have:

  • 6+ years of direct selling experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education, work history and military experience.

  • Demonstrated success selling to merchants, corporate finance organizations, including Fortune 1000, and middle market clients.

What would be great to have:

  • Experience selling treasury, cash management, deposit, or liquidity solutions.

  • Strong understanding of cash management strategies, short-duration investments, and liquidity optimization.

  • Experience in developing strategic sales approaches and account plans.

  • Experience in leveraging executive contracts for expanded account coverage.

  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting and presenting business solutions.

  • Experience in managing client expectations and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Experience in building and utilizing internal/external industry networks.

Important information about this role:

  • Travel will be required up to 10% of the time.

  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Salary Range

$71,400.00 - $151,900.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
