The pay range is $58,100.00 - $104,600.00

Job Description

As a Product Producer, you will independently own assigned complex business/ campaign categories by managing the lifecycle of the product needs for video & still production. You are accountable to understand merchant product priorities, inventory analytics, proactively define & solve for conflicting sample needs, & implement creative solutions to ensure production runs seamlessly. It is your role to enable connectivity across channels in relation to product being shared with shoots leveraging the same samples/product priorities. On set you will be the central resource for all product related information, questions and issues for key partners such as the stylist. You will collaborate with the Creative Producer, BCM PM & Warehouse Lead on project execution clearly communicating the status of product and potential issues.

Pre-shoot you will attend appropriate project meetings for assigned business areas. This includes style outs & product reviews. You will be accountable to collect pertinent information, confirm timing/location, and unpack/process samples. Make note of missing samples and other items that require follow up. Proactively identify risks and builds contingency plans for product that is late or won’t be arriving. The role will require you to be responsible for processing, packing, on set unpacking/ organization and logistics throughout the duration of each project.

Travel to the shoot is required to provide on-set support as the product knowledge expert. Collaborating directly with Creative, Stylist, and Art Department teams to determine & enforce product usage guidelines.  During the shoot you will also create the DPCI tracking grid to ensure connection back to direct mail copy, Target.com shopability, & media plans, strengthening the guest experience. Following the shoot, the Product Producer will work with partners to determine post-shoot product logistical needs (color separation, influencers/additional shoots, carry forward, etc.). This often requires engaging the Warehouse Operations Lead and Logistics Lead providing prompt & accurate direction regarding project details, expected volumes, delivery needs and priorities. Over time we expect the Product Producer to build category/business capabilities, institutional knowledge and strong partnerships.
