Product Owner (ServiceNow Implementation) Glint Tech Solutions is hiring a Product Owner (ServiceNow Implementation) for Reston, VA! We are partnering with a leading Federal Healthcare Insurance organization to find a visionary Product Owner who can drive a high-impact ServiceNow implementation. This is not just an execution role - we need a roadmap builder and strategic thinker who can lead multiple scrum teams and deliver real business value! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and align the Product Roadmap to strategic goals in collaboration with stakeholders • Lead Product Backlog definition working with BAs, Architects, Technologists, and SMEs • Build and prioritize Product Backlog with business owners and define acceptance criteria • Write and guide effective user stories and break down MVPs with Business Analysts • Drive ServiceNow implementation as the voice of the business to the scrum team • Coach team members new to Scrum and Agile practices • Support culture change to improve delivery agility across multiple scrum teams MUST-HAVE SKILLS • 8+ years total experience with 6+ years as a Product Owner • Prior experience supporting a ServiceNow Implementation as a Product Owner • ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, and/or CRM module experience required • In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum process and principles • Proven experience building roadmaps for digital product advancements • Ability to manage multiple scrum teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree NICE TO HAVE • Certifications in Product Owner, Scrum/Agile, or ServiceNow
