We are hiring an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in ServiceNow Implementation. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, manage backlogs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog
Write user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with Scrum teams, stakeholders, and business leaders
Lead Agile ceremonies and support Scrum best practices
Drive ServiceNow implementation (CSM, ITSM, CRM modules)
Ensure delivery aligns with business goals and customer value
Required Skills:
8+ years of experience (6+ years as Product Owner)
Strong Agile/Scrum expertise
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations
Experience in roadmap planning and product strategy
Ability to manage multiple Scrum teams in a fast-paced environment
Certifications in Product Owner / Agile / ServiceNow (preferred)
