Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with Sabre GDS expertise to lead product planning, backlog management, and delivery for travel technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Travel Domain, deep understanding of Sabre SOAP and REST APIs, and proven expertise working with Agile teams to deliver customer-centric products.

The Product Owner will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, architects, and external partners to define product strategy, prioritize enhancements, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Translate business objectives into product features and enhancements.
  • Drive product vision focused on customer engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Identify market opportunities and recommend product improvements.
Product Backlog Management

  • Own and manage the product backlog, including features, enhancements, defects, and technical initiatives.
  • Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
  • Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer impact, risk, and dependencies.
  • Continuously groom and refine backlog with Agile teams.
Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with business leaders, product managers, architects, and development teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmaps, and progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Agile Delivery Leadership

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including:

  • Define sprint goals and ensure delivery alignment.
  • Monitor progress and remove impediments to delivery.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product increments.
