Your Role- Act as a Product Owner within complex projects that are translated into business and technology functionalities.
- Be responsible for delivering initiatives and contributing to the execution of the product and solution development roadmap.
- Define, sequence, and refine the target vision to maximize value delivery while considering constraints and dependencies across projects and business sectors. This includes building and managing the product backlog, aligning priorities with business objectives, and guiding the delivery team toward a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that creates measurable value.
- Support change adoption by fostering stakeholder engagement, building alignment, and helping teams navigate resistance to change.
- Continuously improve the product by implementing enhancements and corrective measures that address current and future business needs and elevate the user experience.
Your TeamWithin National Bank Trust, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team composed of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Senior Analysts. The team is responsible for delivering strategic, regulatory, and operational initiatives, driving process automation, and providing second-level support to internal partners.

- Proven experience delivering solutions as a Product Owner.
- Experience working within Agile environments, including Scrum, Kanban, or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Strong understanding of product management, backlog management, and business value prioritization.
- Experience using the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence.
Languages: English, French
