What we are looking for?

We are looking for a Product Owner to help shape and evolve an enterprise platform enabling global delivery coordination, workflow orchestration, governance, operational visibility, and data-driven decision-making across distributed teams and stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, process design, governance, and technology. You will work closely with operational leaders, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business and operational needs into scalable platform capabilities and product priorities. The ideal candidate combines product ownership, systems thinking, and strong stakeholder management experience within fast-moving and complex environments. Your work will help drive how teams collaborate, execute, monitor delivery, and scale operations across a global environment.

On a given day, you will:
  • Own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, prioritization, and release sequencing across evolving business and operational needs
  • Gather, consolidate, and align requirements from business, operational, governance, and technical stakeholders
  • Translate operational processes, governance requirements, KPIs, reporting needs, and workflow requirements into scalable platform capabilities and user stories
  • Collaborate with business, operations, engineering, architecture, UX, QA, analytics, and delivery teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Drive alignment between platform capabilities, operational objectives, automation opportunities, user experience, scalability, and technical feasibility
  • Support the design and evolution of workflow automation, operational visibility, dashboarding, reporting, and AI-assisted capabilities
  • Facilitate alignment across cross-functional and distributed stakeholder groups
  • Partner with enablement and change teams to support adoption readiness and sustainable platform usage
  • Contribute to long-term platform strategy, operational scalability, and feature evolution

Requirements

In order to be successful in this role you will need:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within enterprise platforms, operational systems, workflow products, or digital transformation environments
  • Experience translating business and operational requirements into product and technical delivery priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies, backlog management, and iterative product development
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, architecture, UX, analytics, and delivery teams
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset and ability to understand interconnected workflows and operational processes
  • Experience working within enterprise operational, delivery, or transformation environments is highly valued
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidspark, or similar collaboration and delivery platforms
  • Understanding of workflow management, operational reporting, dashboarding, and platform governance concepts
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments


Amazing if you have:
  • Experience with workflow orchestration platforms, operational systems, or internal enterprise platforms
  • Exposure to PMO, delivery operations, governance, or operational analytics environments
  • Experience operating within global and matrixed organizations
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or operational transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, intelligent automation, or data-driven operational platforms
  • Experience within Agile or SAFe delivery environments
