What you'll accomplish with usAs a Product Owner, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
• Define the product vision by setting objectives aligned with user needs and strategic directions, and communicate it to teams and stakeholders
• Manage the product backlog by creating, structuring, and prioritizing user stories, defects, and enhancements
• Prioritize needs based on value, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate closely with the development team by clarifying requirements and participating in Agile ceremonies
• Validate deliverables by ensuring acceptance criteria, user expectations, and quality standards are met
• Act as the main liaison with stakeholders by gathering needs, managing expectations, and communicating progress
• Support decision-making by leveraging data and user feedback
• Monitor product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust the product strategy accordingly.

• Is known for their experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role
• Stands out for their strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Demonstrates excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Is recognized for their understanding of IT concepts
• Has a strong customer focus and is able to anticipate and manage needs to ensure optimal satisfaction
• Is distinguished by their leadership, strategic vision, and ability to act as a change agent
• Is able to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and manage stress
• Demonstrates curiosity, autonomy, a solution-oriented approach, and is recognized as a team player
• Intermediate level of English proficiency, as the role involves daily communication via email and Teams with English-speaking external partners, as well as with developers who are primarily unilingual English speakers.
