What You'll Bring

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business OR two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Three (3) years of experience using productivity software (ex. Microsoft Suite)
  • Three (3) years of experience with Agile practices, processes, and principles
  • Two (2) years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Product Management for software product


Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Experience with LMS and/or Compliance SaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, especially Scrum
  • Understanding of backlog grooming, user story creation, and product delivery cycles
  • Oil, gas, or energy industry experience or SaaS business model knowledge
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience using project/ticket management tools like JIRA
  • Exposure to regulatory environments or compliance-driven industries

Work Details
Location: Hybrid remote, with occasional office or field presence
Schedule: Monday to Friday, shifts vary between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
