What You'll Bring
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business OR two (2) years of relevant experience
- Three (3) years of experience using productivity software (ex. Microsoft Suite)
- Three (3) years of experience with Agile practices, processes, and principles
- Two (2) years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Product Management for software product
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience with LMS and/or Compliance SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, especially Scrum
- Understanding of backlog grooming, user story creation, and product delivery cycles
- Oil, gas, or energy industry experience or SaaS business model knowledge
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience using project/ticket management tools like JIRA
- Exposure to regulatory environments or compliance-driven industries

Work Details
Location: Hybrid remote, with occasional office or field presence
Schedule: Monday to Friday, shifts vary between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
