Product Owner - Network Capability Delivery
Role PurposeSupport the successful delivery of Authorization Modernization Program (AMP) Network capabilities by driving product ownership activities across requirement refinement, stakeholder alignment, dependency management, and delivery execution. This role will provide additional Product capacity while helping improve requirement quality and delivery predictability across the team.Key Responsibilities
Own and manage product requirements from refinement through delivery.Partner with Engineering, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify business and technical requirements.Lead backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint readiness activities.Identify and proactively manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery impacts.Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate timely decision-making.Support testing readiness by ensuring business scenarios and acceptance criteria are clearly defined.Communicate delivery status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.Quickly develop knowledge of Network capabilities and AMP initiatives to effectively support delivery.Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of Product Owner, Product Management, Business Systems Analyst, or equivalent experience delivering complex technology solutions.Demonstrated success managing products or capabilities across cross-functional teams.Strong experience translating business needs into actionable product requirements.Experience working within Agile product delivery environments.Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.Ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and drive decisions.Experience within financial services, payments, authorization, network processing, or other highly integrated transaction platforms preferred.Prior experience supporting large-scale transformation or modernization programs is a plus.Success Measures
