Full Job Description
Connectivity is a concept that touches on both digital, notably with the creation of mobile applications, but also the interweaving of the digital experience with BRP's recreational vehicles and the intelligent use of recorded data. We need to bring new value-added concepts to our customers, dealers and internal teams. Your role will be to enrich the customer experience through innovation around connectivity. As the Connectivity Product Manager, you will be reporting to the Connectivity Team Leader and will be responsible for digital connected products from the identification of business needs to the strategic direction of design, development and deployment and ensuring continuous improvement. You'll be focused on enhancing the customer experience through connected digital innovations.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
  • Be the product lead for BRP's connected digital products; lead team scrum and demos and other agile ceremonies
  • In collaboration with various BRP stakeholders, develop and manage the roadmap and development plan for Connectivity's digital initiatives based on business objectives, corporate vision and targeted opportunities around the customer experience.
  • Manage backlog, iteration planning and user story development; Lead product release plans and identify delivery criteria for new features.
  • Understand customer behaviours and unmet needs to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Mobilize resources (internal and external) for the implementation of the roadmap.
  • Collaborate with IS&T, R&D, product development, design, legal, marketing, after-sales service, finance and external partners' business units throughout the entire product development cycle.
  • Maintain and deepen a knowledge of connectivity in the automotive industry, specifically from a perspective where technology plays a role in improving the customer experience.
  • Transform consumer and dealer research into actionable insights.
  • Define product success metrics, monitor performance, identify and lead opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in the creation of business cases and define customer and business KPIs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure product plans remain aligned with objectives and business plans.


YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital product management.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on digital, marketing, communication or a related field.
  • Experience that includes the successful implementation of large, complex digital projects.
  • Developed business acumen.
  • Experience in iterative software development and agile principles.
  • Experience in automotive connectivity, as well as knowledge of the development stages of a connected product and its stakeholders will be a major asset.
  • Ability to influence, communicate and rally; Undeniable leadership qualities.
  • A results-oriented approach and ability to get things done.
  • Intrapreneurial, a self-starter and a leader with a positive and innovative spirit that will help your team to successfully complete complex projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills, initiative and sense of responsibility.
  • Strong ability to synthesize information and data and transform them into actionable ideas.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken French and English is essential.
