Full Job Description
The Impact You'll Have
You'll play a critical role in turning client goals into products that perform - whether that's enabling better decision-making through data platforms, improving customer engagement through digital experiences, or ensuring enterprise systems deliver measurable value. You won't just document requirements-you'll define what success looks like and ensure teams are building toward it.

You'll work closely with clients in automotive industry, helping stakeholders prioritize what matters most and make confident product decisions. At the same time, you'll align delivery across engineering, design, data, and analytics teams-ensuring every piece contributes to a cohesive, integrated solution rather than disconnected outputs.

This role is central to how OneMagnify delivers-bringing together strategy, execution, and continuous improvement so clients can move faster and see results sooner.

What You'll Do:

We are seeking a self-directed, data-driven Product Owner to lead one of our core data product lines (such as Inventory, Service/Repair Orders, Over the Counter Invoices, Customer Management, or Data Quality). Our core function is to facilitate the flow of data through service providers (traditional and 3rd party integrators) inbound and outbound to client environment. This data is directly fed from Dealerships around the globe. We supply, maintain, curate, and develop processes around this data while playing a pivotal role in managing relationships with Dealer Service Providers (DSPs) and their Dealer Management Systems (DMS).

Shape Product Direction with Clients
  • Partner with client stakeholders to define team priorities and translate business goals into actionable product direction
  • Lead conversations that challenge assumptions and clarify outcomes, not just requirements

Turn Complex Needs into Clear Execution Paths
  • Ensure data integrity, managing inbound and outbound data feeds, and driving the successful integration of dealership data.
  • Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned to business outcomes-not open to interpretation
  • Drive alignment and approvals across stakeholders without slowing delivery
  • Balance competing inputs from clients, delivery teams, and leadership without losing focus on outcomes

Continuously Improve How Work Gets Done
  • Identify opportunities to improve requirement processes, tools, and templates across teams
  • Recommend and help implement enhancements to client systems and workflows that unlock greater efficiency and value
  • Build deep product and domain expertise that strengthens both delivery quality and client trust

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Agile Management
  • Develop team objectives and priorities and review Jira team stories to guide development efforts.
  • Lead team meetings to review open issues, assess risks with IT/Business teams, and determine project priorities.
  • Review and approve database changes. Performing business validation and regression testing

Data Quality & Analytics
  • Perform daily dashboard analysis to monitor data feeds & file transfers, discover daily data trends, and track system outages.
  • Review all daily incoming feeds from the DMS to ensure data is properly loading and investigate any "Fallen Feeds." Work with market stakeholders to resolve.
  • Maintain data quality across all environments (SQL, Post Gres, GCP Database Sync) by reviewing data, managing discrepancies, and applying data corrections.
  • Maintain and update internal DCDS reporting tools.
  • Conduct Monthly Data Certifications and review month-over-month data trends with business partners.

Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration
  • Host regular meetings with key Dealer Service Providers to data issues and overall data feed health to support certification of programs and resolve any DMS-related issues.
  • Meet regularly with business partners, IT personnel, and external suppliers to review program onboarding and resolve data integration issues.
  • Update and maintain data specifications for various programs used by DSPs and Motive Retail.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including ownership of complex data or digital products
  • Proven ability to work directly with senior client stakeholders to define priorities and make product decisions
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and managing Jira stories.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with database querying (BigQuery/GCP, SQL) to analyze transactional data, base tables, and landing tables.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with internal business leaders, IT, and external software vendors (DSPs/DMS).
  • A strong focus on data quality, anomaly detection, and process improvement.
  • Strong experience creating structured, high-quality requirements (e.g., user stories in Jira) that drive execution
  • Background in client-facing, consultative roles within a technology, digital, or consulting environment
  • Automotive industry experience preferred

Future-Ready Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience working with AI-enabled products or integrating AI into product workflows
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS) and modern data ecosystems
  • Exposure to marketing technology stacks, CRM platforms, or customer data platforms (CDPs)
  • Experience working in integrated digital agencies or cross-channel delivery environments
  • Comfort working within platform-based delivery models that combine data, technology, and experience design

We believe great work happens when people have the support and flexibility they need to thrive. Our benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, and Flexible Time Off (FTO) so you can take time away to recharge when you need it.
