As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in translating product vision into actionable work that enables Agile teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Architects, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will own and prioritize the team backlog, refine requirements into user stories, and help ensure successful product releases. What You'll Be Doing
  • Own, prioritize, and maintain the Agile team backlog, ensuring user stories, defects, and technical enablers are aligned with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, subject matter experts, Architects, and Engineering teams to translate product features into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
  • Prepare and support Sprint Planning, Program Increment (PI) Planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies while providing clarification to development teams throughout delivery.
  • Coordinate dependencies, identify delivery risks, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support successful product releases while ensuring compliance with applicable quality and development processes.
  • Demonstrate completed functionality during sprint reviews, gather stakeholder feedback, monitor delivery metrics, and continuously improve product value and team effectiveness.


What We Look For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role supporting Agile software development and product delivery.
  • Proven experience translating business requirements into user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs within Agile frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD concepts, and application lifecycle management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with geographically distributed, cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making across multiple organizational levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience supporting software products within regulated industries, healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or medical device environments is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States with authorization to work in the U.S.
