You'll turn ambiguous problems into repeatable processes, improve how products are built and launched, surface insights from data and customers, and ensure teams have the operational foundation to execute quickly.
- Proven track record improving cross-functional product operations and driving strategic initiatives in fast-moving environments
- Strong analytical and technical fluency (SQL, APIs, product analytics, data pipelines, ML concepts) to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and inform product decisions
- Excellent at designing scalable processes for roadmap planning, product launches, feedback loops, prioritization, and cross-functional execution
- Relentless about operational excellence: identifies bottlenecks, streamlines workflows, and enables Product and Engineering teams to move faster
- Metrics-driven: defines KPIs, builds dashboards, synthesizes customer and business insights, and ensures product decisions are backed by data
- Clear, direct communicator who aligns Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Leadership around priorities, execution, and measurable business outcomes
