Overview

The GTM Strategy & Program Assistant provides critical operational and administrative support for the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives across products, categories, and business programs. The position is responsible for maintaining GTM calendars, coordinating meetings, tracking project progress, managing documentation, and facilitating communication across internal and external stakeholders. The GTM Strategy & Program Assistant serves as a key operational partner to GTM leadership, Merchandising, Sourcing, Product Development, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and vendor partners to ensure alignment, launch readiness, and successful program execution.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate GTM project timelines, milestone schedules, and launch activities to ensure on-time execution.


  • Track action items, dependencies, risks, and issues across GTM initiatives, driving timely resolution and escalating concerns as needed.


  • Schedule and facilitate cross-functional meetings, including agenda development, meeting documentation, and follow-up tracking.


  • Maintain accurate program documentation, reporting tools, and centralized repositories to support visibility and decision-making.


  • Prepare presentations, status updates, executive summaries, and briefing materials for leadership and stakeholder reviews.


  • Partner with Merchandising, Sourcing, Product Development, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and vendor teams to support seamless program execution.


  • Support the execution of communication plans related to product launches, seasonal initiatives, and GTM programs.


  • Document, maintain, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), GTM workflows, and process documentation.


  • Manage program templates, calendars, tools, and best practices to ensure consistency and operational excellence.


  • Assist with governance, compliance, and process adherence requirements across GTM initiatives.


  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance cross-functional collaboration and execution effectiveness.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.


  • 1-2 years of experience in Calendar Management, Sourcing, or Production within a retail, wholesale apparel organization.


  • Working knowledge of the product development calendar process and merchandise lifecycle.


  • Strong organizational, time management, project-tracking, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and suppliers.


  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with PLM systems is preferred but not required.

Pay Range

USD $57,200.00 - USD $104,000.00 /Yr.
