About the Role

TD SYNNEX is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Vendor Business Manager to lead the growth, performance, and long-term success of key vendor partnerships. In this high-impact role, you will act as a trusted business leader for assigned product lines, aligning vendor strategy with TD SYNNEX goals to drive revenue, profitability, operational excellence, and market growth.

What You'll Do

As a Vendor Business Manager, you will own the strategic and operational success of assigned vendor relationships and product lines. Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead vendor strategy and business planning to achieve revenue growth, margin performance, and profitability targets.
  • Oversee and forecast incremental funding proposals at the vendor level while managing monthly revenue, gross margin percentage, and gross margin dollar performance.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities, and provide recommendations that improve profitability and business efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level vendor relationships, maintaining strong communication and alignment on business objectives.
  • Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans that strengthen the TD SYNNEX and vendor partnership.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities, including the development of innovative service offerings that combine vendor capabilities with TD SYNNEX solutions to create unique customer value.
  • Partner with procurement and supply chain teams to support effective inventory planning and operational execution.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues related to assigned vendor lines, proactively resolving challenges and removing roadblocks.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on assigned vendor technologies, programs, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and teams to uncover growth opportunities, support customer engagement, and enable successful sales execution.
  • Communicate vendor priorities, manage rebate and incentive programs, and work with marketing teams to drive awareness, demand generation, and campaign execution.
  • Negotiate large-scale contracts and business terms, ensuring strong alignment between vendor commitments and organizational objectives.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews, present product line performance insights, and participate in key vendor and marketing events.
  • Support team success by mentoring colleagues, sharing best practices, and helping onboard new team members.

Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

Hiring Salary Range: $88,000 - $92,425 CAD
