About the Role

The Product Manager II will own one or more Law Enforcement product feature(s) and lead project execution. Individuals in this role will immediately become part of a fast-paced, highly collaborative team environment that supports the development of innovative and creative product solutions. They will own product development plans and represent their features(s) within the cross-functional team proposing new feature ideas that address a customer pain point or need based on their deep and firsthand understanding of the customer. They will prioritize and communicate production customer issues and defects based on relevant data for timely resolution and also lead demonstrations to key stakeholders at program milestones.

The ideal candidate will be able to execute on the product vision, develop clear go-to-market launch plans through coordinated development with customer-facing teams, and have a solid understanding of the customer and target market.

This position can be home based in the USA but must be able to work East coast hours.

Responsibilities

Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle
  • Able to independently support GTM strategy by communicating customer value propositions, requirements, and timelines to stakeholders.
  • Is proficient in answering questions from sales and customers regarding feature function, pricing, packaging, value proposition and competitive position.
  • Is skilled in participating in market & product messaging of desired outcomes.

Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle
  • Able to advance prototypes or MVPs based on a deep understanding of their feature area.
  • Is proficient in the company's SDLC processes, including agile and lean methodologies.
  • Able to capture customer goals and needs using different frameworks and techniques and can prioritize those needs for the organization.
  • Can interpret events in the market to actional intelligence for features and enhancements.
  • Have a good understanding of how the role impacts customer satisfaction.


Technical Skills
  • Able to draw on knowledge of the company technology stack at a high level for the broader product area.
  • Able to use or extend the company's platforms and underlying technologies to create new product features.
  • Able to speak knowledgably with tech and data counterparts about development approaches in consideration.

Requirements
  • US Citizenship required
  • Minimum Years of Product Management Experience: 4-6 years
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies like Agile Scrum, Kanban and writing user stories.
  • Experience in Government or Law Enforcement industries and/or public records is a plus.
  • Familiarity with our Law Enforcement products (Accurint and Accurint TraX) is a plus.
  • Education to Qualify: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.


Physical and/or logical access to criminal justice information is an essential function of this role. The successful candidate will be required to pass an enhanced criminal background check conducted by the Company's state and local law enforcement partners conducted in compliance with the FBI's Criminal Justice Information System ("CJIS") security policy. Employees in this role may also be subject to ongoing criminal background checks as required by the Company's state and local law enforcement partners. Candidates and/or employees who are not certified by state and local law enforcement to access criminal justice information will not be able to perform the essential functions of this role.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.Base Pay Range for CO is $95,300 - $158,800. Base Pay Range for IL is $100,100 - $166,800. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $104,800 - $174,700. Base Pay Range for MD is $100,100 - $166,800. Base Pay Range for NY is $104,800 - $174,700. Base Pay Range for New York City is $114,300 - $190,500. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $95,300 - $158,800. Base Pay Range for OH is $90,500 - $150,900. Base Pay Range for NJ is $112,574- $179,826.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.Application deadline is 10/31/2026.
