Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution-oriented Product Marketing Operations Director to serve as a strategic partner and operational right hand to the SVP of Product Marketing and GTM Marketing. Operating as a high-impact individual contributor at the center of the organization, this role will drive operational excellence, strategic planning, cross-functional alignment, and execution against key business priorities.

The ideal candidate combines strong business judgment and strategic thinking with exceptional operational rigor, and thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments. This role will work across the Product and GTM Marketing team as well as with Marketing, Product and Executive Leadership to help ensure initiatives are aligned, prioritized, and executed effectively.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with the SVP to manage team priorities, communications, and operating rhythm-including content for all-hands meetings and offsites, annual planning, and QBR preparation. Support preparation for executive reviews and business updates.
  • Drive and own strategic initiatives: manage special projects and high-priority initiatives, including how to best leverage AI across multi-functions to accelerate the team's impact on the business. Drive clarity, structure, and action in ambiguous or emergent strategic opportunities.
  • Provide analysis and decision support: develop analysis to enable leadership to evaluate key business decisions, taking into account potential risks and impacts
  • Monitor performance: monitor key goals, KPIs, and strategic initiatives across the team to ensure visibility and execution. Follow up with the leadership team as necessary and offer actionable suggestions for improvement.
  • Own the Product and GTM Marketing team budget, including planning, forecasting, tracking, and reporting to stakeholders Provide strategic analysis and governance for the Product and GTM Marketing budget to optimize resource allocation across the function.
  • Design and build a centralized content repository that serves as the team's single source of truth for strategies, assets, and frameworks. Define the strategy and architectural frameworks for a centralized knowledge management ecosystem, ensuring functional integration across teams
  • Serve as a central point of contact and engagement between Product and GTM Marketing and key partner organizations including the Partner organization, Product, Sales and other Marketing function on initiatives that span across the team. Identify opportunities to strengthen and optimize relationships across multi-functions.
  • Champion team culture and belonging-designing programs and rituals that strengthen connection and engagement across a distributed team
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the SVP and leadership team on organizational health, team structure, and strategic initiatives
  • Anticipate product marketing operational trends and pioneer innovative, AI-driven methodologies to scale functional capabilities.

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, product marketing, or chief of staff roles
  • Undergraduate Degree


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting senior executives or GTM leadership teams
  • Familiarity with Product Marketing functions including launches, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement
  • Experience managing cross-functional strategic initiatives
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong operational and project management capabilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and action plans
  • Proven ability to influence across teams and levels without direct authority
  • Experience working in fast-paced technology or SaaS environments preferred

How You'll Be Rewarded
• Salary range in the US: $154,000.00 - $265,000.00
• A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
• Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
• 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
