Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for a curious, proactive Product Marketing Manager who is both an owner and a doer. You'll lead product launches, competitive intelligence, market insight, and sales enablement across Mariana Tek and Momence - two high-growth products within our boutique fitness portfolio.

You'll join an established product marketing function with proven processes, strong cross-functional partnerships, and support from a broader marketing organization. You won't need to build the function from scratch. Instead, you'll take ownership of your work, apply the existing foundation, and continually find ways to make it more effective.

This is a highly cross-functional and hands-on role. You'll manage the process behind complex launches, coordinate teams across Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing, and personally create the work that brings those launches to market. That could mean building a launch plan, writing launch communications, creating a competitive battlecard, training the sales team, or using AI to develop a tool or workflow that helps our teams work more effectively.

We're looking for someone who asks thoughtful questions, sees opportunities to improve the work, and takes initiative to make those improvements happen. You'll have access to strong processes, experienced partners, and broad organizational support, but you'll also have the ownership and autonomy to make the work your own.

What you'll do

Product launches & go-to-market
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for new products, features, and portfolio initiatives
  • Define launch goals, target audiences, launch tier, milestones, channels, enablement requirements, and measures of success
  • Develop the core value proposition and launch messaging needed to clearly communicate what is launching, who it is for, and why it matters
  • Build and manage cross-functional launch plans with Product, Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Learning and Development
  • Identify launch risks and dependencies, drive decisions, and keep stakeholders aligned from planning through post-launch follow-up
  • Measure launch performance, capture learnings, and recommend actions to improve adoption, pipeline impact, and future launch execution

Market & customer insight
  • Build a strong understanding of boutique fitness operators, buyers, customer segments, market dynamics, and category trends
  • Gather insights through customer conversations, sales calls, win/loss feedback, product-usage data, market research, and collaboration with customer-facing teams
  • Identify changing customer needs, buying triggers, objections, and market opportunities that should influence product and go-to-market decisions
  • Synthesize research into clear, actionable recommendations for Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Develop regular market and customer insight updates that help teams understand what is changing and what it means for the business
  • Bring market and frontline insights into roadmap, commercialization, campaign, and portfolio-planning conversations

Competitive intelligence
  • Own competitive research for assigned products and priorities, including competitor positioning, packaging, capabilities, and go-to-market motions
  • Synthesize insights from sales conversations, win/loss feedback, market research, customer input, and competitor activity
  • Turn competitive intelligence into timely, actionable guidance that helps teams differentiate confidently and respond to objections
  • Maintain competitive resources and establish a practical cadence for sharing market changes with Product and go-to-market teams

Sales enablement
  • Create and maintain high-impact sales tools, including pitch decks, battlecards, talk tracks, objection-handling guides, demo narratives, one-pagers, and customer proof
  • Plan and deliver product-launch training, competitive enablement, and ongoing market-readiness sessions for Sales, Customer Success, Support, and other customer-facing teams
  • Partner closely with revenue leaders and frontline teams to identify knowledge gaps, recurring objections, and areas where additional enablement is needed
  • Translate market, customer, product, and competitive insights into clear guidance that Sales can use in live prospect conversations

Cross-functional partnership
  • Serve as a product marketing partner to Product leaders and product managers from early launch planning through commercialization and optimization
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure teams have the knowledge, tools, and competitive confidence required to win
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation and Content to translate launch and market insights into effective campaigns and buyer-facing assets
  • Partner with Customer Marketing and Customer Success on launch communications, adoption programs, upsell opportunities, and customer proof

Qualifications

What you bring
  • 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, market research, or a related B2B SaaS role
  • Demonstrated experience leading go-to-market launches for products or features
  • Strong experience gathering customer, market, and competitive insights and turning them into actionable recommendations
  • A track record of creating sales enablement that improves team readiness, confidence, and consistency
  • The ability to understand complex products and translate them into practical guidance for customer-facing teams
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience leading training or enablement sessions
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple products, launches, and priorities
  • Comfort partnering directly with Product leaders, sales teams, executives, and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • A data-informed mindset and the ability to evaluate launch, enablement, and go-to-market performance

Nice to have
  • Experience in vertical SaaS, boutique fitness, wellness, payments, or multi-location business software
  • Experience supporting a portfolio of products with different audiences, competitors, and go-to-market motions
  • Familiarity with tools such as Gong, Guru, Salesforce, Salesloft, Intercom, or similar platforms

Why this role matters

Winning in boutique fitness requires more than launching strong products. We need to understand where the market is going, how customer needs are changing, what competitors are doing, and what our teams need to sell effectively.

This role connects those pieces - bringing products to market, translating insight into action, and ensuring our teams have the knowledge and tools to compete and win.

The average base salary pay range for this position is $92,000 to $120,000

May be considered for a discretionary bonus

This is a 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
