About the Role:
Trellis is looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to help shape how our products are positioned, packaged, launched, and understood by the market.
You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and leadership to translate complex product capabilities into clear customer value, executable go-to-market programs, compelling content, and effective sales enablement.
This role requires someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. You should be able to develop the narrative, write the copy, create the brief, build the asset, and coordinate the work required to bring it to market.
We are looking for someone based out of Ottawa or Toronto for the role.
What you'll do:
- Partner with Product and leadership to develop positioning, messaging, differentiation, ideal customer profiles, use cases, and customer pain points.
- Translate product capabilities into campaigns, landing pages, website messaging, content, presentations, product education, and sales enablement.
- Plan and execute go-to-market programs for new products, features, capabilities, and major announcements.
- Help package and explain product capabilities, workflows, and reusable solutions in ways that drive understanding and adoption.
- Conduct customer interviews, win/loss analysis, competitive research, and market analysis to strengthen messaging and identify buying triggers.
- Develop case studies, testimonials, one-pagers, decks, battlecards, objection-handling materials, and other customer-facing assets.
- Create clear briefs and coordinate execution across Growth Marketing, Content & Community, Design, Web, Sales, and Events.
- Support flagship research, thought leadership, free tools, event narratives, speaking abstracts, and category-building initiatives.
- Measure launch performance, product adoption, conversion, competitive differentiation, and contribution to pipeline and revenue.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong experience with positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and product launches.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical or complex capabilities into clear customer value.
- Experience creating sales enablement and customer-facing assets.
- Strong customer-research, market-analysis, and competitive-intelligence skills.
- Hands-on experience operationalizing go-to-market programs across Product, Sales, Growth, Content, and Web.
- Ability to work independently and move quickly between strategy and execution.
- Direct ecommerce or marketplace experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with advertising technology or AI is an asset.
Benefits:

- Comprehensive Benefits Package
