Full Job Description
Position Overview:

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Product team to support product releases, driving adoption, and create impactful positioning. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in understanding buyer needs, defining how Trella's products win in the market, and equipping our go-to-market team with the strategy, messaging, and tools they need to compete effectively. This role requires a product marketing-first mindset: deep market and persona research, rigorous messaging frameworks, launch ownership, and the ability to translate complex healthcare data and AI capabilities into compelling, outcome-focused narratives.

From positioning AI-powered features to enabling clinical workflow adoption across home health, hospice, skilled nursing, health systems, HME/DME, infusion, and specialty pharmacy markets, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Location: This is a hybrid role with 1 day a week in our Atlanta office. However, we will also consider applicants in Philadelphia (in a hybrid capacity) and other select U.S. locations in a remote capacity.

Reports to: Director, Product

As a Product Marketing Manager at Trella, you will:
  • Own messaging and positioning frameworks for Trella's full product portfolio, ensuring every product has a clear, differentiated story tied to customer outcomes
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in buyer personas, ideal customer profiles, and buyer journeys across all Trella target markets: home health, hospice, skilled nursing, health systems, HME/DME, infusion, and specialty pharmacy
  • Build competitive intelligence programs and maintain ongoing analysis to inform positioning, sales enablement, and product strategy
  • Develop messaging and competitive positioning for AI-powered features, translating complex capabilities into simple, outcome-focused language for clinical and operational buyers
  • Create positioning and enablement materials for Trella's clinical workflow and data analytics products, tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Support product enablement sessions with messaging frameworks, positioning guides, and objection-handling resources for the GTM team
  • Connect with customers to build a library of content including case studies, success stories, customer and prospect webinars, and testimonials that reinforce product value
  • Partner with the Growth Marketing team to ensure product messaging is consistently applied across campaigns, content, and channels

This job might be a fit for you if you have:
  • Demonstrated progressive experience in product marketing with a strong command of core product marketing disciplines: messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence, persona development, and launch management
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment, specifically within healthcare technology, post-acute care, or health systems
  • Familiarity with AI-driven products or platforms, including the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into outcome-focused language for healthcare buyers
  • Experience marketing data or analytics products, with comfort working alongside product and data teams to extract customer-facing insights
  • Superior written communication skills, including a firm command of grammar, messaging hierarchy, and audience-appropriate business writing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to combine qualitative and quantitative insights to tell a compelling story and make data-driven recommendations
  • Proactive, cross-functional collaborator who can work effectively across product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Familiarity with the healthcare market, including clinical workflows, regulatory considerations, and the dynamics of selling to provider organizations is preferred
  • A passion for staying current on healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics impacting the markets Trella serves
  • Skills: Marketo, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Canva, AI tooling (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot)

At Trella Health, you will have the opportunity to do meaningful work with people who are focused on outcomes, committed to continuous improvement, and supportive of one another. We believe great work happens when team members feel trusted, connected, and empowered to grow.

Our culture is built on transparency, accountability, partnership, and the belief that better healthcare starts with better decisions. Trellavators work hard, move fast, celebrate wins, and have fun along the way.

We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support team members inside and outside of work, including:
  • Health, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits
  • Competitive salary, incentive compensation, and equity shares
  • 401(k) retirement savings
  • Flexible PTO and 10 paid holidays
  • Flexible work hours
  • Paid leave programs
  • Marketplace for discounted retail and entertainment

At Trella Health, you can grow your career while helping build technology that strengthens healthcare operations, improves care coordination, and supports healthier outcomes for patients.
