As a Technical Product Marketing Manager for AWS Analytics, you will have the opportunity to define and drive the marketing strategy for the rapidly growing analytics business. You will be creating the most compelling content to help customers understand the use cases and value propositions, and building the right marketing programs to drive customer engagement, agentic AI usage and service adoption. You will also work with the engineering teams to shape the product vision and prioritize features. You will get to work on a new and rapidly growing business and have a big impact every day.

Key job responsibilities
* Own messaging and position of key AWS analytics services
* Work cross-functionally to create compelling launch moments
* Work with business development and specialist sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies including creating messaging to enable thousands of sellers
* Create clear, technical marketing content that resonates with both developers and technical decision-makers
* Work with analysts and manage relationships with key industry influencers
* Define and track key business metrics that demonstrate impact
* Partner with product team to influence roadmap based on market and customer insights
* Develop executive-level narratives and presentations for industry events and customer engagements
* Work effectively across AWS with groups such as engineering, marketing, sales, business development, and evangelists to achieve our joint business goals
About the team
The product marketing team works on creating compelling positioning and marketing content to support product launches and campaigns that will help customers do more with data, analytics, and AI. We all have a bias for action for developing awesome marketing assets (e.g., website, videos, success stories, blogs, presentations, print collateral, sales enablement tools, etc.). We look for ways to measure the impact of our work on service adoptions. We transition from working on strategic plans or creative ideation to detailed execution, multiple times per day. We all work together and pick each other up when workloads shift. This helps us manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables. We enjoy supporting a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience delivering technology products or services in a high growth environment
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience leading go-to-market or product management for consumer software or hardware product launches
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with AI/ML technologies
- Experience in segmentation and developing customer profiles
- MBA, or Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
