Where You Come In
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for owning the strategy, messaging, and execution of all marketing initiatives for Summit Stairs & Millwork. While embedded within the SSI marketing team for collaboration and shared resources, the primary accountability of this role is the growth, positioning, and performance of the Summit brand across both product and brand marketing.
What You'll Do
Brand & Content Strategy
Maintain and evolve the SSI brand voice across all channels. Develop compelling and technically accurate content that speaks directly to a B2B audience including builders, developers, and distribution partners.
Digital Marketing
Manage website content, digital presence, and social media channels. Execute email campaigns to communicate product launches, promotions, and company updates in alignment with growth objectives.
Sales Enablement
Lead the development of product catalogs, digital presentations, trade show materials, and leave behind collateral that clearly communicates advantages and supports revenue growth.
Product Marketing
Develop and execute go to market strategies for new product introductions. Create educational and promotional materials that highlight efficiency, cost savings, craftsmanship, and installation value.
Market Research & Insights
Monitor industry trends within residential construction and millwork to identify opportunities for differentiation and expansion. Provide actionable insights that inform positioning and strategic direction.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with sales and operations teams while collaborating with marketing leadership to ensure alignment between brand messaging, customer needs, and business priorities.
What You'll Bring
Experience
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within B2B, manufacturing, building materials, or construction related industries.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Versatility
Proven ability to manage multiple projects across digital, print, events, and strategic initiatives.
Project Management
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to execute independently in a growth focused environment.
Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical product information into clear and compelling customer value.
Pay & Schedule
Pay Type: Exempt
Compensation Range: $90,000 - $110,000
Travel: Quarterly travel to Summit locations required
