Leads marketing execution and growth. Owns day-to-day brand activation across key channels while managing and developing a small team. Serves as the bridge between marketing, product management, and sales, ensuring that strategies translate into clear, compelling, and commercially effective programs. The ideal candidate combines strong B2B marketing fundamentals, hands-on leadership, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with execution. Owns a defined product set; drives roadmap, pricing, insights, and cross-functional alignment.

Brand & Go-to-Market Leadership
  • Lead marketing execution for Morning Pride, ensuring strong and consistent brand positioning across all channels.
  • Translate product strategy into clear go-to-market plans, messaging, and campaigns.
  • Ensure alignment with broader PIP Global Safety brand standards and portfolio strategy.
  • Lead the execution of go-to-market plans

Product Marketing & Commercial Alignment
  • Lead product management team to support new product launches, updates, and portfolio positioning.
  • Work with sales leadership to develop impactful tools that drive conversion and support distributor engagement.
  • Ensure all materials clearly communicate product performance, differentiation, and value.
  • Define roadmap and requirements
  • Analyze financial performance of existing and newly launched products
  • Conduct user research and testing to identify customer insights/preferences

Campaigns & Customer Engagement
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing programs (digital, email, trade, events).
  • Oversee content strategy across channels to drive awareness, engagement, and demand.

Trade Shows & Events
  • Own marketing support for key industry events (e.g., trade shows, dealer events).

Performance Management
  • Track key marketing KPIs (engagement, leads, conversion, campaign performance).
  • Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Manage and develop a Marketing Specialist and Product Specialist, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and coaching to elevate team performance.
  • Drive accountability around timelines, deliverables, and results.


Typical Years of Experience and Degree
