YOUR IMPACT:

Product Marketing at OpenText is the heart of the marketing organization, developing compelling, value-based messaging that resonates with prospects, customers, and partners. Our Product Marketers are strategic connectors, storytellers, and market shapers who bring our solutions to life and differentiate OpenText in a competitive landscape.

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support our Content Cloud go-to-market motion, owning the development and maintenance of cross-BU content and messaging assets that enable our sales teams, fuel demand generation, and tell a cohesive Content Cloud story across every buyer touchpoint.

This role is central to activating our AI Content Management narrative and broader Content Cloud messaging strategy. You will work within an established North Star messaging framework, spanning four engagement levels from strategic market narrative to solution validation, and translate that framework into a high-quality, scalable content library that spans pitch decks, web copy, blogs, social, and demand generation assets. You may also support persona- and industry-focused content for the Content BU.

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing for Content Cloud, you'll collaborate closely with Senior Product Marketing Managers across the team, Industry Marketing, Demand Generation, Content Strategy, Social, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, and Partner Marketing teams to ensure our messaging is consistent, differentiated, and always on.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

Content Development and Asset Management
• Own the creation and ongoing maintenance of a defined Content Cloud content kit, including pitch decks, web pages, blog posts, social content, solution briefs, sales tools, and demand generation assets.
• Translate the Content Cloud North Star messaging framework into audience-ready content across all four engagement levels: strategic narrative, executive activation, value alignment, and solution validation.
• Develop persona- and industry-specific content to support targeted go-to-market motions across key verticals and buyer roles as needed.
• Ensure all content is current, consistent, and aligned to approved messaging, managing version control and content refresh cycles.
• Produce high volumes of quality content efficiently by leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows, while maintaining brand voice and strategic coherence.

Messaging and Positioning Support
• Apply the Content Cloud North Star messaging guide, in close partnership with Product Marketing leads, to produce content that accurately reflects our value across document management, intelligent document processing (IDP), information governance, process automation, and business integrations.
• Partner with Product Marketing leads to stay current on evolving product capabilities, competitive dynamics, and market context, using that input to maintain and update the North Star messaging guide.

Sales and Field Enablement
• Develop sales-ready materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling guides, and competitive positioning content that support field confidence and accelerate deals.
• Collaborate on meeting preparation guides and call scripts aligned to the messaging framework.
• Ensure the content library is organized, discoverable, and easy for sales teams to use in partnership with our Sales Enablement team.
Demand Generation and Campaign Support
• Partner with Content Strategy to produce content that drives pipeline, including emails, landing pages, social posts, and digital assets.
• Support campaign execution by developing content tailored to audience segments, buying stages, and channel requirements.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a content-focused or product marketing role in a B2B technology environment.
• Exceptional writing and content creation skills across multiple formats and channels, you can write a compelling executive pitch deck and a punchy LinkedIn post with equal ease.
• Expert-level proficiency with AI-powered content tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or equivalent), with demonstrated ability to use them to produce high-quality content at scale. This is not optional, volume and velocity are core to this role.
• Strong grasp of enterprise software marketing, ideally with exposure to content management, information governance, intelligent document processing, or adjacent domains.
• Ability to work within established messaging frameworks and translate strategic guidance into execution-ready content without losing nuance or impact.
• Highly organized with strong project management instincts, able to manage multiple content streams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships, communicates proactively, and can influence without formal authority.
• A self-starter with high creative standards who takes ownership, iterates quickly, and is driven by measurable outcomes.
