Job DescriptionProduct Strategy & Planning - Define product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio for target markets (AI, servers, data centers, networking, telecom, and computing)
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market dynamics to inform strategic positioning
- Develop business cases and market requirements documents for new product concepts
- Identify and recommend features that keep our portfolio at the cutting edge
Product Development & Delivery - Partner with applications engineering, design, product engineering and test engineering teams to develop and launch products
- Provide clear direction to the product development team, fostering collaboration and innovation
- Ensure alignment between engineering execution and market requirements
Go-to-Market & Sales - Develop compelling sales collateral, customer presentations, and competitive analysis
- Create customer-facing documentation that clearly communicates value proposition and differentiation
- Manage pricing strategy, quotes, and cost structures for assigned products
Cross-Functional Leadership - Collaborate with peer product managers to define integrated, end-to-end solutions
- Stay current with technology trends and emerging market needs to inform decision-making
- Work effectively with distributed teams across multiple global offices
Documentation & Communication - Develop comprehensive product documentation, training materials, application notes, and technical errata
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences
Qualifications- BSEE or related fields with 5+ years of experience in business development, field applications engineering, marketing or related roles. MSEE or MBA is a plus.
- Understanding of power management applications and products.
- Experience in data center, servers, telecom, networking and/or computing markets.
- High energy, self-motivated, and go-getter attitude.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills. Ability to present complex concepts in a clear, concise and effective way.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with teams located in multiple offices around the world.
- Ability to collaborate and be effective in a fast-paced environment.
