Job Description:

The Manager, Product Marketing is responsible for driving product success in the market by developing and executing strategic marketing plans that clearly communicate product value and generate demand. This role partners closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to lead go‑to‑market strategies, create compelling messaging and content, and enable sales teams to effectively position and sell CSI products.  The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and cross‑functional collaboration, with experience in banking, fintech, or SaaS environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation

  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies aligned with market demand to drive product adoption

  • Create clear, compelling messaging and content that communicates product value propositions to target audiences

  • Collaborate with Product Management to support roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and market alignment

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop sales enablement materials and demand‑generation campaigns

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales performance, market share, adoption, and customer satisfaction, and adjust strategies based on insights

  • Collaborate with Pricing teams to support pricing, packaging, and product bundling strategies

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product‑related inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Market Penetration: Drive increased market share through targeted campaigns that support customer acquisition and retention

  • Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with tools, training, and resources to improve sales effectiveness and performance

  • Content Creation & Engagement: Produce high‑quality marketing collateral that increases engagement, lead generation, and conversions

  • Customer Insights & Feedback: Gather and analyze customer and market feedback to inform product and marketing strategy

  • Marketing ROI: Measure, analyze, and optimize marketing activities to maximize return on investment

  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams

  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and refine strategies based on performance data, feedback, and industry trends

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Product marketing experience within Banking, Fintech, or Software (SaaS) (required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles

  • Strong understanding of product management and marketing principles

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast‑paced environment
