Full Job Description
CLEAR is seeking a data-driven Product Marketing Manager (B2C) to help bring new products and businesses to life across our travel portfolio. This role focuses on increasing attach rates, deepening member engagement, and expanding average revenue per subscriber (ARPU) through high-impact cross-sell and upsell strategies.

Sitting at the intersection of Product, Growth, Lifecycle, Creative, and Analytics, you will shape positioning, messaging, packaging, and promotional strategy for new offerings-ensuring they are clearly differentiated, compelling, and seamlessly integrated into the member experience. You will partner with Creative, Growth, and CRM to translate those strategies into cohesive, multi-channel campaigns. This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands subscription economics, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and knows how to drive incremental revenue while balancing long-term retention.

What you'll do:
  • Develop positioning, campaign messaging, and creative briefs that clearly articulate the value of new products
  • Own the product marketing strategy for targeted cross-sell and upsell campaigns, partnering with Integrated Marketing and channel owners to activate across in-app, email, paid, and owned channels
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to design personalized journeys that introduce add-ons at high-intent moments in the member lifecycle
  • Identify behavioral signals and segmentation strategies to optimize audience targeting, offer timing, messaging, and relevance
  • Design and execute experiments to increase conversion, ARPU, and overall member lifetime value, using learnings to refine messaging, audiences, and offers
  • Collaborate with Product on pricing, bundling, merchandising, and in-product placement strategies
  • Act as the Product Marketing lead, aligning Product, Partnerships, Growth, and Brand on campaign briefs, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics to support seamless launches and ongoing optimization


How you'll measure success:
  • Attach rate and add-on penetration across the subscriber base
  • Incremental ARPU and contribution to subscriber LTV
  • Engagement and repeat usage of add-on products
  • Speed-to-market and speed-to-optimization for new add-on launches


What you're great at:
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or campaign strategy within subscription, DTC, consumer tech, fintech, travel, an agency, or a similar consumer services business
  • Experience driving cross-sell, upsell, bundling, or expansion revenue strategies through multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and deadlines across Product, Analytics, Lifecycle, and Growth.
  • Proven ability to translate product value into compelling member-facing narratives and campaign messaging
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity, managing shifting priorities, and testing, iterating, and optimizing in a fast-moving environment

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR's salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR's total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
