Full Job Description
Force Motion Group (FMG) is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager, Americas (PMM). The primary responsibility will be to drive sustainable profitable growth for the nitrogen gas product line represented by Hyson, Kaller and Toolmind brands. The PMM understands current market demands that influence their product lines and serves as a subject matter expert both internally and to the industry. This role will manage the life cycle of nitrogen gas product lines, including new product introductions, existing product updates, and mature product rationalization. The PMM is responsible for providing strategic direction for the commercial go-to-market plan. This role will lead and engage a cross-functional team with projects that drive performance in our business and create more value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish the vision and strategy to drive increased North America market share of the assigned product line in alignment with the business' global strategy for growing Top Line, Bottom Line, Pipeline.
  • Manage lifecycle of product lines to ensure appropriate strategies are applied to each product given segment & technology maturity and changing market conditions, including SKU rationalization.
  • Executes market analysis to define and validate addressable market sizes, CAGRs, and product strategies per segment.
  • Works outside-in with market data, VOC and analytics to understand key markets, segments, and customer applications.
  • Complete competitive analysis for assigned product lines, benchmark of competitors, and identification of key markets.
  • Executes a strategic product road map for how the product is marketed to improve product access and availability, while ensuring alignment to the overall business goals.
  • Successfully position product line to the market with a defined value proposition.
  • Works closely with commercial teams to align go-to-market strategies and ensure profitable growth for the division across various channels.
  • Drive commercialization of new product introductions, utilizing the stage-gate process.
  • Ensure data integrity within marketing channels (e.g., website, Distributors, etc.) and maintain product data within the product information management (PIM) system.
  • Identify, communicate and leverage best practices across the business.
  • Adherence to company Code of Ethics and Conduct

Education:

  • Bachelor's in business, Marketing, Engineering or related degree
  • MBA or related advanced degree preferred


Required Length & Type of Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience within principles of Product Marketing Management: marketing, lifecycle management, commercialization, pricing, or project management. Or 1+ years of product marketing management experience with 2+ years working with industrial mechanical springs and gas struts.
  • A proven track record of implementing and successfully executing strategies in a high-performance work environment.
  • Global experience desired.
