Product Marketing AI Dealmaking Intapp's go-to-market for AI dealmaking is one of the company's highest-priority growth motions. As Product Marketing Director, AI Dealmaking Solutions, you'll own the combined DealCloud with Celeste offering for private capital markets and investment banking and advisory firms - a Director-level role reporting to the VP of Solutions Marketing, with a small team behind you. This is where Intapp's category leadership in deal and relationship management meets an emerging agentic AI motion, and you're responsible for making the two work together in the market.
Day to day, you'll set positioning and messaging for the financial services offering, take packaging and pricing constructs to the field, build seller qualification frameworks, and run the feedback loop between live client conversations and product and pricing decisions. You'll work across Product, Pricing, Sales, Industry Marketing, and Demand Generation, and you'll develop two to three junior team members supporting the Celeste and DealCloud motions. Candidates with experience launching AI, data, or platform products in enterprise SaaS and working fluency in private capital or investment banking workflows are encouraged to apply.
What you will doAs a Product Marketing Director, AI Dealmaking Solutions, you can expect to:
- Own positioning and messaging for the financial services offering, translating platform capabilities into deal-lifecycle value stories across fundraising, deal sourcing, screening, pipeline management, investor coverage, and exits - and building the competitive story for how Intapp wins.
- Take packaging and pricing to market by partnering with Product, Pricing, and Sales on tiers, bundles, and usage-based commercial constructs, including AI credits, and arming sellers with talk tracks, guardrails, and objection handling that reinforce cost predictability and business value.
- Build and own the seller motion, including qualification frameworks and pre-qualification questions that tell sellers what to sell, to whom, and when - and when to bring in specialist teams.
- Drive solution-level field assets from launch through sustained adoption - pitch decks, demo narratives, and competitive positioning - and run the field feedback loop that channels win/loss patterns, objections, and adoption signals into sharper positioning, packaging, and roadmap decisions.
- Orchestrate end-to-end launches across Product, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, and post-sales; define and track GTM effectiveness metrics; and lead a team of two to three junior team members supporting the Celeste and DealCloud motions.
What you will needIntapp is looking for intellectually curious, self-motivated professionals who like to get hands-on to contribute to the overall success of the business and their team. To apply for this Product Marketing Director, AI Dealmaking Solutions role, you will ideally have:
- B2B product or solutions marketing experience in enterprise SaaS, with direct ownership of go-to-market for an AI, data, or platform product - not just its messaging.
- Working fluency in private capital and investment banking workflows: deal sourcing, fundraising, LP coverage, pipeline management, and M&A advisory, enough to build credible use cases and enablement for sellers who face dealmakers every day.
- Experience taking packaging and pricing to the field - launching or evolving tiers, bundles, or usage-based models, and coaching sellers to handle pricing objections without discounting the story.
- A client- and field-centric launch record that includes a built-in listening loop: combining win/loss data, usage signals, and direct seller and client feedback, then turning what you hear into sharper positioning and product decisions.
- A builder's mindset - you've launched a new offer or motion inside an established business, iterated on field feedback, and are comfortable shipping before the playbook feels finished.
- Exceptional storytelling for technical products and the cross-functional leadership to drive alignment across Product, Pricing, Sales, and Marketing without direct authority.
