Full Job Description
Role Responsibilities:

Product Architecture, Configuration & Rules
  • Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of Service and Spares product offerings and configurations based on Product Option Architecture.
  • Define sophisticated, data-driven Service products, product options, and purchase options.
  • Define data-driven product configuration, architecture, and rules.
  • Develop advanced configuration rules and compatibility, dependency logic, enabling Sales enablement teams to accurately configure and quote service products.
  • Establish best practices for configuration rule authoring, maintenance, and deployment using standardization.
  • Minimize exception handling through the use of product rules aligned with product definitions.
  • Architect the CPQ system for high maintainability and autonomy, enabling business teams to manage product life cycles and configuration changes with minimal IT dependency.


Process Improvements
  • Ability to analyze service product legal terms and conditions and work cross-functionally with Legal team to finalize agreements.
  • Recommend process innovations and efficiencies through analysis, observations, industry trends, and standard methodologies. Generate actionable insights, metrics to measure, monitor and prevent issues before they occur.
  • Leverage AI and frugal process improvement ideas to optimize processes and deliver immediate results.
  • Develop workflows to minimize human touch, and enable guided selling for CPQ, including Subscription Service models.
  • Partner with execution teams on transformative projects to maximize business value and rewrite business processes with minimal disruption, author training material where required.
  • Author Business Requirement Documents for transformative, major, and minor enhancements. Singular point of contact for Cross functional Business teams and the IT solution team.


Communication Skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience creating high-impact presentations and delivering compelling storytelling through data.
  • Proven analytical skills, with the ability to investigate data, business, or systems problems to understand issues and identify solution options.


Technical Skills
  • Demonstrated hands-on technical proficiency with deep familiarity, the candidate must be able to work independently at a technical level with minimal assistance.
  • Languages and Tools: SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, Databricks or others.
  • Methodologies: Hypothesis Testing, Regression Models, Statistics, and Time-series Analysis.
  • Core Competencies: Data Visualization, Data Mining, Deep Learning, and Predictive Analysis
  • Exposure to AI enabled workflows, including agentic AI concepts and tools will be a plus.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a Master's degree in Marketing is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with product portfolio management, product Marketing, preferably managing Service recurring revenue as a product.
  • 5-10 years of experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) product functionality and best practices, including native capabilities, customization, and integrations with external systems.
  • Proven experience with B2B sales processes(Order to Cash), including Forecasting, Opportunities, and CPQ.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and influence across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, with a strong drive to optimize processes and create effective solutions.
  • Forward-thinking mindset to anticipate risks and opportunities and proactively drive solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead simultaneous projects with competing priorities, strategies, and time constraints.
  • Expert organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
