JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Product Manager, you will own creating and executing against your product roadmap. You will operate both strategically and tactically by creating a product vision, defining the problems your products will solve, and aligning development teams to solve them by creating and maintaining a backlog of well-prepared features aligned with the roadmap. You may also partner closely with Go-To-Market and Product Operations teams to ensure successful launches for your products and releases. Your objectives are directly linked to business metrics of your product such as, retention, adoption, new feature adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Core Requirements and Responsibilities:
Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:
- Conduct primary and secondary market and customer research to create product vision and strategy.
- Create product roadmap aligned to vision and strategy; communicate product roadmap and vision internally and externally
- Create and maintain the product backlog of features and partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog of user stories is created, maintained, and thoughtfully prioritized.
- Own product release planning
- When applicable, be accountable for the successful launch of new products and releases partnering with Go-To-Market and Product Operations leaders to manage the cross-functional implementation of the Go-To-Market plan
- When applicable, partner with Go-To-Market team on product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement; support creation of enablement artifacts leveraged by internal teams
- Partner and communicate with customers on strategic direction, roadmap, progress against roadmap, and issue resolution.
- Product/Customer feedback - Support special interest groups/customer feedback forums
- Product Evangelism - Contributing to necessary and relevant communication forums and supporting product leaders in various speaking engagements
Skills & Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager for a B2B SaaS product
- Experience working within a cross functional organization
- Experience navigating and communicating complex concepts to all levels of an organization and customers
- Experience in Agile software practices
- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment within generally defined practices and select methods to obtain solutions.
- Demonstrated experience distilling business drivers, future customer needs, and competitive challenges to an actionable strategy.

- Travel required up to 10% of the time.
- Located and working from an office location.
- Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
- Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.).
- Frequent sitting and/or standing.
