Full Job Description
TeamDynamix is seeking a strategic, analytical, and customer-focused Product Manager to join our remote Product team. In this role, you will drive the delivery and adoption of high-value product capabilities by transforming customer insights, market research, and business objectives into a clear, actionable product roadmap. You will work closely with customers, engineering, and cross-functional partners to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and guide product releases. This position is ideal for a product professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution.

About the Role
  • Own and curate product roadmaps that align with customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities.
  • Gather and analyze product feedback and enhancement requests through direct review, documentation, focus groups, and research.
  • Partner with the product management team to build, validate, and continuously refine the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with engineering to identify, scope, design, estimate, and deliver product features.
  • Document and analyze enhancement requests and trends to inform product direction.
  • Deliver clear and effective functional product documentation.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage product version releases.
  • Communicate product plans, updates, and value effectively to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist marketing in communicating product benefits and supporting launch activities.
  • Participate in root cause analysis to recommend product improvements and enhance product fitness.
  • Contribute to business process management initiatives by collecting metrics and improving processes.
  • Conduct research, planning, and integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Act as a project manager on select initiatives as needed.
  • Assist in developing product pricing strategies as appropriate.
  • Communicate with colleagues, management, clients, and partners in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Comply with all company regulations, policies, and procedures.

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, product marketing, professional services, systems development, or IT operations.
  • Product management and data-driven or AI-driven feature analysis
  • Building integrations with external software systems
  • Integrating multiple products into a unified platform
  • Adding internationalization or translation capabilities
  • Working with user management, authentication, and authorization
  • Competitive research and analysis

Additional preferred, but not required, experience:
  • Experience in IT Operations domains such as ITSM, PPM, Asset Management, or similar
  • Administering or implementing the TeamDynamix Work Management platform
