Full Job Description
THE ROLE

Everpure is unifying our CLI, API, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) surfaces into a single, cohesive agentic interaction model. As a Product Manager, you will define and own the horizontal UX for AI across all Everpure products, establishing how autonomous agents perceive system state, request approvals, and execute actions safely. Partnering cross-functionally with Fusion, AI, and Enterprise Data Cloud teams, you will transform fragmented capabilities into an intuitive, trusted enterprise platform.

WHAT YOU'll DO
  • Standardize Agentic UX & Guardrails: Establish unified interaction patterns, approval workflows, and safety frameworks across CLI, API, MCP, and UI surfaces to ensure a seamless, reliable experience across Fusion, Enterprise Data Cloud, and AI product lines.
  • Architect Human-in-the-Loop Trust Models: Design end-to-end human supervision and auditability features, establishing precise boundaries for agent autonomy that protect customer infrastructure while accelerating operational velocity.
  • Align Cross-Functional Product Strategy: Collaborate horizontally with engineering, design, and product leaders across organizational boundaries to align product roadmaps and merge siloed agent surfaces into a cohesive platform.
  • Formulate Quantitative Quality Metrics: Define and manage evaluation frameworks-measuring task success rates, guardrail compliance, time-to-human intervention, and trust signals-to continuously elevate agent performance and product reliability.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Systems Thinking & Product Vision: Skill in evaluating complex, multi-product architectures to synthesize disparate CLI, API, UI, and MCP interfaces into a unified product model that cross-functional teams actively build toward.
  • Hands-On AI & Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to prototype agent workflows and AI capabilities, apply evaluation frameworks, and utilize data tools (SQL, Git, modern prototyping tools) to test hypotheses and inform product decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to build consensus, navigate complex cross-team dependencies, and lead technical strategy across engineering, design, and product organizations without direct authority.
  • Customer & Trust-Centric Approach: Mastery of jobs-to-be-done principles, with the ability to gather deep customer insights and translate complex enterprise security, auditability, and operational guardrails into product capabilities.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
