The Product Manager - Enterprise AI, will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Transparency Capabilities that transform trusted operational data into actionable visibility, predictive insights, and improved customer and business outcomes. Drive both customer-facing transparency experiences and internal capacity planning solutions that enable proactive decision-making, capacity risk management, and delivery predictability

Responsibilities

  • Use the previously established product vision in concert with deep market understanding to inform the product strategy
  • Lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery of AI-powered capabilities.
  • Evaluate market needs against UL's and competitors' unique abilities to address them
  • Support and contribute to a go-to-market strategy, describing how value will be delivered to the customer/user, how the product is differentiated from the competition, and what the business model should be
  • Prioritize product functions and features into a product roadmap
  • Monitor a set of product goals, outcomes and corresponding metrics to continually evaluate against
  • Evangelize and communicate the product vision, strategy and goals internally across the organization, as well as externally with client users
  • Actively model and promote a set of desired behaviors aligned with UL's WoW
  • Take ownership of own career and professional development by documenting and communicating career aspirations and any associated development needs to their manager
  • Support career development needs of direct reports, by clearly defining expectations for their current role, actively soliciting their career aspirations and helping close any gaps
  • Support an efficient cross-functional matrix structure to enable effective product development lifecycle
  • Execute a robust set of processes to power all parts of the product development lifecycle from research/discovery to release management and product support
  • Leverage a standard set of product management tools to be used across the product organization at each of the stages of the lifecycle
  • Define and maintain the Transparency product vision, roadmap, and multi-phase delivery strategy.
  • Align product priorities with UNIFY business objectives, customer needs, and operational goals.
  • Establish success metrics, KPIs, and value realization targets.
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer trust, operational efficiency, and business growth through transparency capabilities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 7-10+ years of Product Management, Business Transformation, Digital Product, or Program Management experience.
  • Experience with Generative AI, AI copilots, conversational AI, or predictive analytics.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven track record defining and delivering customer-facing and/or operational products.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, and stakeholder alignment across complex organizations.
  • Strong product management methodology, including discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, and value realization.
  • Experience translating business objectives into epics, features, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to develop KPIs, dashboards, and business success metrics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and decision-making capabilities.

What you'll experience working for ULS

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $124,000 to $165,000 USD and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
