Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of SaaS solutions serving health plans and payer organizations. This role will focus on delivering scalable, data-driven products that support care management, risk adjustment, value-based care, and administrative efficiency.
What You Will Be Doing: - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payer-focused SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality releases.
- Engage with health plans and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate product direction.
- Translate regulatory and market requirements (e.g., CMS, HCC, value-based care) into product features.
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Support go-to-market efforts including positioning, pricing, and sales enablement.
What You Bring to TriNetX:- 3-7+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology
- Experience working with health plans, payers, or value-based care models
- Strong understanding of healthcare data (claims, clinical, ADT)
- Experience delivering SaaS platforms
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive outcomes
Preferred- Experience with risk adjustment, care management, or population health
- Familiarity with interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
- Background in analytics or data-driven products
- MBA or advanced degree in healthcare, business, or related field
