Product Manager, Team Member

As Manager, Product Management - Team Member Experience at CAVA, you'll take ownership of critical team member-facing product experiences that support our restaurant teams and operations. Reporting to the Sr Director, Restaurant Systems, you'll partner closely with UX Design, Engineering, Operations, and Analytics to build thoughtful, intuitive, and tools that enable our teams to deliver great guest experiences every day.

You'll lead product strategy and execution for one or more key areas of team member experience (e.g., in-restaurant systems, operation workflows)), balancing team member needs, business prioirities, and technical feasibility to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, usability and overall satisfaction.

What You'll Do:
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for key team member-facing product areas - ensuring solutions are defined, built, tested, and delivere with quality and impact.
• Translate insights from team members, operational data, and stakeholder input into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Partner cross-functionally with UX Design, Engineering, Operations and Analytics to define, cope and prioritize initiatives aligned to strategic goals.
• Drive agile processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and ongoing iteration in close collaboration with design and engineering partners.
• Define, track, and communicate key product metrics such as adoption, efficiency, usability, and team member satisfaction.
• Develop testing and experimentation approaches to validate solutions and continusously improve the team member experience.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to ensure tools align with real-world workflows and support restaurant execution.
• Contribute to product rodmaps, intake processes, and ongoing refinement of development practices tto improve speed, clarity, and value delivery.
• Lead and support junior team members (e.g. product analysts, tehcncial product owners), providing guidance and helping to elevate team performance.
• Act as a strong advocate for CAVA's team members, ensuring their needs are reflected in product decisions and experiences.
• Stay informed on industry trends, restaurant technology, and operator tooling to bring forward new ideas and improvements.

The Qualifications:
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or internal/operational tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Design, Technology, Business, or related field - or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong foundation in agile methodologies, product discovery, and delivering through iterative development.
• Experience building or supporting team member-facing tools (e.g., back-office processes, POS, or in-restaurant workflows).
• Deep appreciation for restaurant operations and the realities of frontline team member workflows.
• Proven ability to balance team member needs, operational constraints, and business priorities to drive practical, high-impact solutions.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator - able to work effectively with Engineering, UX, Operations, and Analytics.
• Clear and confident communicator who can align stakeholders, drive decisions, and navigate trade-offs.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and data/reporting platforms.
• Passion for improving the daily experience of restaurant teams and enabling them to do their best work.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
• Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
• For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
• Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
