Full Job Description
Impact
As a Product Manager on the Order Fulfillment team, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping Shopper app fulfillment solutions for drivers and shoppers—owning the intake, planning, and execution for new product features, enhancements, and defect resolution.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, data science, economics, and operations, focused on ensuring a reliable fulfillment quality across the marketplace. You will drive products to optimize fulfillment quality and strengthen shopper’s connections with Shipt customers.

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-oriented PM who thrives in ambiguity, makes strategic product decisions grounded in data, and moves with a strong bias for action. You may work on complex product areas such as gig worker onboarding experiences, order fulfillment & delivery tooling, earnings & goal tracking, and engagement & retention programs.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful
  • 3+ years of product management experience in logistics, retail, gig, or related field

  • Proven experience in demonstrating AI-native mindset with hands-on use of generative AI to rapidly prototype ideas, automate repetitive workflows, synthesize insights from unstructured data, and improve decision-making. Comfortable using modern AI-assisted development practices (e.g., spec-driven development, AI coding assistants, and agentic workflows) to accelerate product discovery and execution.

  • A history of strong partnerships with design and engineering, with a general understanding of design and development systems and processes

  • Demonstrate a high level of empathy and storytelling capability to influence a large network of stakeholders and customers.

  • Technical expertise and the ability to make informed trade-offs between various system architectures.

  • Experience with SQL, Figma, Miro, ClickUp, or equivalent
